Jake, we can't believe it's been 10 years ago you came to our family. But it's one of the BEST things that has happened for us. We couldn't ask for a better GRANDSON. You are an amazing boy with lots and lots of talents. We're so Proud of you and all that you do. Always stay close to your Heavenly Father. He Loves you very much.
